Philly Pretzels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 Tbsp. coarse salt
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix together yeast, water, sugar and salt. Stir in flour.
Knead on floured table until dough is smooth. Shape into animal or other desired shapes.
Brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle with coarse salt.
Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
