Quick Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cube steak
    3 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    cornstarch
    salt and pepper
    1 small tomato sauce
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cut steak into serving size pieces.
    Heat oil in heavy skillet.
    Salt and pepper pieces of steak and coat in cornstarch. Brown in hot oil.
    Leave in skillet, add 1/2 cup water, onion and tomato sauce.
    Cook on medium heat 20 to 30 minutes.
    Add extra water, if needed.
