Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. sliced carrots
1 medium onion, sliced thin
1 small bell pepper, sliced thin
1 can tomato soup
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. salad oil
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cook carrots until tender; drain and cool.
Mix carrots, onion and bell pepper.
Mix other ingredients and pour over carrot mixture.
Refrigerate overnight.
