Bean Pot Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken legs and thighs
    2 chicken breasts
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1/2 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Place chicken, onion, butter and lemon juice in crock-pot and cover.
    Cook on low heat for several hours or until tender. Strain liquid. Combine with mushroom soup.
    Pour over chicken.
    Heat in pot and serve.
