Guinea Garbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 red peppers
4 green peppers
4 onions (big, Spanish)
16 oz. can tomato sauce
oregano to taste
Italian spice to taste
garlic powder or salt to taste
32 sweet or hot Italian sausages
sub rolls
Preparation

Slice peppers and onions, then saute them in a large skillet with a little oil.
Transfer when tender to a large pot.
Add one can of tomato sauce and the spices listed.
Let simmer after mixing well.
Cook the sausages and drain the fat.
Place whole sausages in the sauce and cover them well with the sauce.
Taste sauce and spice accordingly.
Serve on sub rolls.
