Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. round steak
2 Tbsp. flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 medium onion
1 carrot
1 small celery, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation

Cut steak into pieces.
Season flour with salt and pepper. Put meat in flour.
Place onions in bottom of crock-pot.
Add meat, top with carrots, celery and tomato sauce.
Cook on low 6 to 8 hours or high 3 to 5 hours.
