Erika'S Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 jar pickled watermelon rind
    1 pkg. bacon
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cut bacon slices in half.
    Wrap each piece of watermelon rind with bacon; secure with toothpick.
    Place in a greased baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 20 minutes. Bacon should be done well.
    Serve warm.
