Blueberry Cake(Low-Cal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 to 1 1/2 c. sugar
    egg substitute to equal 3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. skim milk
    2 c. fresh blueberries
Preparation
    Combine margarine and sugar.
    Add egg substitute and vanilla. Mix together dry ingredients; add to egg mixture, alternating with milk.
    Fold in floured blueberries.
    Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan or 2 loaf pans.
    Sprinkle with sugar before baking.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick is clean.
