Cheese Fried Cube Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. (4) cubed steaks
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. crushed cheese crackers
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Sprinkle steaks with salt.
    Press into cracker crumbs on both sides.
    In a large frypan, brown coated steaks in butter, cooking about 5 minutes on each side.
    Serve hot.
    Makes 4 servings.
