Instant Mashed Potato Donuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. warm water
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. oil
    2/3 c. instant potato flakes
    flour (enough to make a slightly sticky dough)
Preparation
    Mix yeast, water and sugar together and let stand about 15 minutes.
    Add rest of ingredients; let stand 15 minutes.
    Roll out on floured board and cut into shapes.
    Let stand another 15 minutes, then fry in vegetable oil until golden brown and glaze.
