Corn, Corn Bread(10 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. yellow corn meal
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sour cream
    2 eggs
    1 c. fresh corn kernels
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Add sour cream, eggs, corn and oil; stir to mix. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until center springs back when touched. Pour melted butter over corn bread.
