Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts (8 pieces), boned and skinned
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/4 c. Marsala or dry sherry, divided
    juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation
    Pound breasts slightly and dredge in flour mixed with seasonings.
    Melt margarine in skillet; brown chicken on both sides.
    Add 1 cup wine, cover and simmer 1/2 hour or until tender.
