Broiled Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. spareribs
3 c. water
1 c. cider vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 c. butter or oleo
1 bay leaf
1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. ketchup
1 Tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Broil spareribs in broiler oven until golden brown on both sides.
Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in large pan and boil for 10 minutes uncovered.
Place ribs in uncovered roaster pan and pour some of the sauce over them.
Bake in a hot 450\u00b0 oven for 1 hour basting every 10 minutes with rest of sauce which should be kept boiling.
Serves 5.
