Mixed Vegetables Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can of mixed vegetables, medium size
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. grated American cheese
Preparation

Make a sauce by adding butter, flour and salt.
Add cheese and cook over slow heat until melted.
Pour
off liquid from can of vegetables and place in casserole dish.
Pour sauce over vegetables and bake 40 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven.
