Homemade Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and cook in double boiler until thick and smooth. Pour in container and store in refrigerator.
    Serve on fresh salad greens.
