Chocolate Oatmeal Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. C&H granulated sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. light corn syrup
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. each flaked coconut, quick cooking oats and semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large bowl, beat eggs until creamy and pale yellow in color, about 5 minutes.
    Beat in sugar, salt, corn syrup, butter and vanilla.
    Stir in coconut, oats and chocolate. Pour into pie shell.
    Bake 40 to 50 minutes until nutty brown. Cool on rack; refrigerate to chill before serving.
