Tuna Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 red apple
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
    1 c. cooked peas
    1 Tbsp. chopped pickles
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped, cooked carrots
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Sprinkle apple with lemon juice.
    Combine with remaining ingredients.
    Chill.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
