Tami'S Best Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 pkg. cream cheese
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
5 eggs
8 oz. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. heavy cream

Preparation

Beat softened cream cheese and add other ingredients in order listed, one at a time.
Pour into crust.
Bake at 300\u00b0 at 1 1/2 hours or until set.
Chill and garnish with fruit.
