Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, fried and drained very well (pat dry with paper towel)
    1 pkg. dry taco seasoning mix
    4 tomatoes, chopped
    1 small can black olives, chopped
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 (15 oz.) can drained kidney beans
    1 large onion
    1 head lettuce
    1 large bottle and 1 small bottle Catalina dressing *
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. tortilla chips
Preparation
    *One bottle is probably enough, but some people might like more; mix in.
