Lazarus Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 graham cracker crust
Preparation

Prepare graham cracker crust and press into spring-form pan. Spray with Pam.
Mix cream cheese and sugar for 3 to 5 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla.
Beat for 30 minutes.
Bake in spring-form pan at 300\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool 20 minutes.
In bowl, mix together sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Pour on top of cooled cake and return to oven for 10 minutes.
You can omit topping and top with fruit.
