Merilee'S Chicken And Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked and diced chicken
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. prepared orange juice
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 c. green grapes, sliced in half
    1 1/2 c. sliced celery (optional)
    1 large c. pineapple chunks, sliced in half and drained
    1 small can mandarin oranges
    3/4 c. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Marinate chicken for at least 1 hour in salad oil, orange juice, vinegar and salt.
    Mix together in bowl grapes, celery, pineapple, mandarin oranges, almonds, rice and mayonnaise; add marinated chicken mixture and mix together well.
    Chill for several hours.
