Cheese Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 lb. butter
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cream with hands.
    Roll into balls and flatten. Brush with egg white.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 to 425\u00b0 until brown.
    Sprinkle with salt.
