Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. rice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 small can tomato soup
1/2 c. water
Preparation
-
Wash rice.
Combine meat, rice, salt, pepper and onion.
Shape into balls.
Place in pressure cooker on rack and pour tomato soup and water over meatballs.
Cook for 15 minutes.
