Ingredients

3/4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice or orange juice
2 Tbsp. honey
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
1 c. sliced strawberries, raspberries, and/or blueberries
Preparation

In a small saucepan, stir together pineapple juice, honey, cornstarch, and ground ginger.
Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly, cook and stir for 2 minutes more.
Stir in fruit.
Serve over pancakes, waffles or French toast.
