Refried Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. pinto beans, cooked and drained
1/3 c. bacon grease
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

In iron skillet, heat bacon grease and add pinto beans.
Mash with potato masher.
Add chili powder, garlic salt and onion salt and stir over medium heat until beans are smooth.
Top with grated cheese.
