24-Hour Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cabbage, shredded
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Place the cabbage and onion in a large bowl; set aside. Combine the vinegar, sugar, salt, celery seed and mustard and bring to a boil. Set off heat and add 1 cup oil. Bring to a second boil and pour over cabbage and onion. Let set for 24 hours. Stir before serving.
