Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
4 or 5 Granny Smith apples, chopped

Preparation

Beat eggs and sugar. Stir in oil and remaining ingredients. Batter will be stiff. Add apples last. Pour into a 9 x 13 cake pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
