Mini Kisses - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. mini chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Heat oven to 275\u00b0.
Grease and flour two cookie sheets.
Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry.
Slowly add the 2/3 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Beat until smooth and shiny.
Stir in with a spoon 1 cup of chocolate chips and 1 cup of nuts.
Drop by teaspoons onto cookie sheet.
Bake 15 minutes at 275\u00b0 (or can turn off oven and leave kisses in oven overnight).
Makes about 4 dozen.
