Yam Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can (29 oz.) yams
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. rum
juice of 3 oranges (1/2 c.)
2 large yams, cooked
marshmallows
Preparation

Cook yams, drain.
Add canned yams (pour off some of the juices).
Mash all yams.
Add pineapple, orange juice and rum. Blend.
Pour into greased Pyrex pan.
Sprinkle with marshmallows. Bake at 400\u00b0 until bubbly (20 to 25 minutes).
