Mom'S Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 or 2 stalks celery, chopped
    2 or 3 potatoes, diced
    2 qt. tomato juice or 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce and enough water to cover vegetables
Preparation
    Brown hamburger, onion, pepper and celery.
    Put all ingredients in Dutch oven and simmer about 1 hour.
