Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten until light and foamy
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla to eggs.
    Mix together dry ingredients and nuts; add to egg mixture.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour.
