Skillet Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head green cabbage
    1 large bell pepper
    4 small tomatoes or 1 can tomatoes, drained
    salt and pepper to taste (optional)
    1 large onion
    4 stalks celery
    3 slices bacon, fried crisp (optional)
Preparation
    Chop vegetables coarsely.
    Heat large skillet or wok to medium-high setting, using bacon drippings or two teaspoons of vegetable oil.
    Pour all vegetables into skillet or wok and cover. Cook 8 to 10 minutes only to heat vegetables and remove from heat while slightly crisp.
    May top with crisp crumbled bacon.
