Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. warm water
    Chili-O Mix
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1 to 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Prepare Chili-O mix.
    Add flour, shortening, tomato paste and water.
    Mix well.
    After browning tortilla shell, dip the whole shell into sauce, then fill as desired.
    Roll like jelly roll. Leave seam on the bottom of pan.
