Apple Dapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
3 c. peeled and chopped raw apples

Preparation

Sift first 4 ingredients together and add next 3 ingredients. Fold in nuts and apples.
Bake in tube pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
