Marshmallows(And You Thought They'D Always Come In Plastic Bags!) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Knox gelatine
2 c. granulated sugar
20 Tbsp. water
powdered sugar
Preparation
-
Soak gelatine in 10 tablespoons water.
Heat sugar in another 10 tablespoons water until dissolved, add gelatine and let cool. Beat until almost stiff.
Pour into pans, thickly dusted with powdered sugar.
When stiff, cut in cubes and roll in powdered sugar.
