Reuben Meat Loaf(Makes 8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, broken apart
    1 large egg
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    4 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded (about 1 c.)
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    3 Tbsp. water
    2 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Rinse, drain and coarsely chop sauerkraut.
    Crumble ground beef.
    In a large bowl, place sauerkraut, ground beef, bread crumbs, corned beef, egg, parsley and garlic;
    mix until well blended.
    Pat one-half of the mixture into a shallow 1 1/2-quart round baking dish, forming a slight rim along outer edge of dish.
