Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. bran cereal
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Combine 1 cup bran with boiling water; cool and add oil.
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Combine eggs and buttermilk.
    Add the dry ingredients.
    Add 2 cups bran.
    Bake at 400\u00b0.
