Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. dry parsley
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix 1/2 cup mushroom soup with remaining ingredients.
    Shape into loaf.
    Place in shallow baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Blend remaining soup, 1/4 cup water and 2 tablespoons drippings.
    Heat and stir often.
    Serve with loaf.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
