Mother'S Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs, rolled fine
    1 egg
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/2 c. cream or evaporated milk
    1 lb. ground pork (not sausage)
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs, rolled fine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Mix all well.
    Brown slightly in fat.
    Add 1/2 cup or more water.
    Cover tightly and simmer about 1 hour, until tender.
    Or, bake in oven for 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
    Makes 15 meatballs.
