Spanish Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. sliced celery
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 2/3 c. water
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1 c. uncooked rice
Preparation
    In large skillet, brown chops in hot oil.
    Remove chops.
    Add celery and onion and cook lightly, about 3 minutes.
    Drain fat. Stir in remaining ingredients; add chops.
    Bring to a boil.
    Lower heat.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
