Sukiyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. beef flavored rice mix with vermicelli
    1 lb. beef stew meat, sliced thin
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
    1 large green pepper, cubed
    2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
    1 (14 oz.) can bean sprouts, drained
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, drained
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Prepare beef dinner as package directs.
    Meanwhile, in large frypan, brown meat in hot oil.
    Add onion slices; cover and cook 10 to 15 minutes.
    Add mushrooms, green pepper, celery, bean sprouts, spinach and soy sauce.
    Cover and cook 5 to 8 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
    Add cooked rice.
    Mix and serve.
