Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pineapple supreme cake mix
1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 (20 oz.) pineapple slices, drained
red maraschino cherries
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Melt butter in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly in bottom.
Arrange pineapple halves on top of sugar.
Drain cherries and slice in half.
Put cherry slices on top of each pineapple slice.
Mix cake according to directions.
Pour over fruit fruit and spread evenly.
Bake for 45 to 48 minutes.
Loosen cake from pan and turn onto platter.
