Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 c. peeled, seeded and cooked squash
    1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    dash of salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Drain squash and put in cold water immediately.
    Drain and add remaining ingredients.
    Put in crust and dot with butter; add top crust and bake in 400\u00b0 oven for about 40 minutes.
