Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 bananas
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream shortening until fluffy.
Gradually beat in sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Beat in sifted dry ingredients.
Stir in crushed bananas and nuts.
Bake in a greased loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Slice and serve.
