Black-Eyed Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 (15 to 16 oz.) cans black-eyed peas
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, drained and cut up
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown beef; drain.
    Mix in other ingredients in the order listed.
    Stir.
    Pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
