Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 c. dried apricots, ground
2 c. coconut, shredded
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Preparation

Blend apricots, coconut (1 cup) and pecans together in a large bowl.
Stir in condensed milk.
Shape into small balls and roll in remaining coconut.
Let stand in air until firm.
Store in airtight container.
