Bounty Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (14 1/2 to 16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    3 c. cooked rice
    4 c. shredded cabbage
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Saute beef, onions and green peppers.
    Stir in tomatoes, seasonings, rice and cabbage.
    Cover and cook 10 to 15 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Cover 2 to 3 minutes to melt cheese.
