Raisin Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium zucchini
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Shred zucchini.
    Set aside.
    Cream sugar and oil.
    Add eggs, zucchini, and vanilla. Mix flour, raisins, nuts and cinnamon.
    Add to above.
    Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
