Texas Matador - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground meat
1 can tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 medium onion
1/2 (3 oz.) cream cheese
5 oz. egg noodles
1 to 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
-
Brown ground meat.
Add tomatoes, onion and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes.
Boil noodles 10 minutes and drain.
Add noodles and meat mixture with cream cheese, salt, pepper and sugar.
Put in casserole dish.
Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
