Black Bean And Salsa Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) can sweet corn, drained
1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. chopped cilantro
1 (14 oz.) can stew ready cut salsa
1/4 c. Vintage lite red wine vinegar dressing
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients; mix well.
Blend the salsa with red vinegar dressing;
pour over salad and toss well.
Cover and chill.
Serves 8.
